Your floor requires extra high-quality insulation above basements, and certainly above crawl spaces. Depending on the extent to which the crawl space is ventilated, the outdoor temperature will cause almost complete cooling of the floor slab.
One of the easiest solutions is to choose combined floor insulation. Choose an insulating slab with a good lambda value and a realistic thickness. But use the height needed for enclosing the piping (4 cm with little piping, to 8 cm when pipes for ventilation or dust extraction systems must be worked with): instead of an ordinary screed an insulating screed can be used with the same budget.
